Security & privacy
A business website should protect the business — and its customers. These aren't policies buried in documents; they're how the product behaves, stated plainly enough to be held against.
Your hub is built from your own material — your verified 1BusinessWorld profile, or what you write here yourself. Anything derived that you haven't approved stays off your public page. Nothing is ever written in your name.
You cannot upload pictures here, and that is deliberate. Every image we offer is either made by us and owned outright, or licensed free for commercial use — and we show you the photographer, the source and the licence before you choose, then keep a record of what you chose and when. Nothing on your site is a rights question waiting to happen.
Hub analytics use no cookies and store no IP addresses. We count page views, referrers, and devices — never people. Your customers are your customers, not our data.
You sign in through your 1BusinessWorld account with short-lived, single-use tokens — your hub never sees or stores a password. Your clients enter their portal through one-time email links that expire in minutes.
Every hub is born private. It becomes visible on the web only when you publish it, and it returns to private the moment you choose. Previews shown to anyone else are built only from profiles that are already public.
Export a copy of your hub — content, inquiries, portal records — whenever you like. Cancelling never deletes anything and never takes your site down: it moves to the free plan with the paid capabilities off. Take it offline entirely, any time, from your dashboard.
Hub traffic is served through Cloudflare's global network, and the platform runs alongside 1BusinessWorld's protected infrastructure. Owner actions are permission-checked on every request — a member can only ever act on businesses they own.
Security reports and misuse concerns reach a person, not a queue. We'd rather hear it twice than not at all.
Questions about your own hub's data? Sign in and export it — no request form needed.
